Monday–Sunday
The campus will be closed from August 13 to 21 (summer vacation), on September 28 (the foundation day of Kwansei Gakuin University) and from December 25 to January 5 (winter vacation.)
The campus may also be closed on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances.
Concerning cancellation of classes and classroom use due to weather warnings.

Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
Sunday/holidays: 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
*The elevators at Applause Tower do not stop at the 14th floor when the campus is closed.

Monday-Friday: 10:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:30 s.m.-8:30 p.m.
Sunday/holidays: 10:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Service hours of the automatic certificate-issuing machines
Monday-Friday: 10:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

*Certificates for graduates are not issued at the Osaka Umeda Campus.
