Development progress made by Kwansei Gakuin University (Professor Tadaaki Kaneko, School of Engineering) and Toyota Tsusho will be presented by Toyota Tsusho at the 13th European Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ECSCRM 2020-2021), to be held in Tours, France from October 24th to 28th, 2021. Toyota Tsusho will be making a presentation and operating a booth at the conference, and the presentation includes the achievement by Kwansei Gakuin University, which was previously announced in a joint release by KGU and Toyota Tsusho, entitled "Kwansei Gakuin University and Toyota Tsusho Develop Innovative Process that Achieves "Zero Defects" in 6-Inch SiC Substrates," on March 1st, 2021.
